Emily embarked on a career in design and illustration after high school. Realizing the need to adapt in her field, she pursued an associate’s degree in computer science and web design, leading her to the printed circuit board industry. There, she found her niche in deconstructive analysis of failures for complex circuit boards.

My story

Over time, Emily gained valuable experience in IT, quality control, and electrical test engineering. Determined to further excel, she pursued bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business systems administration, information technology management, honing her expertise and leadership skills.

Joining Elbit America in October 2019, Emily eagerly took on the challenge of assisting with the complex OneERP migration system project. Despite encountering rescheduling difficulties, she remained motivated, saying, “Every challenge fuels my desire to improve and contribute. It’s an exciting journey, and I find great fulfillment in making a difference.”

Emily emphasizes the importance of continuous learning and embracing different perspectives. She says, “The more I learn about Elbit America’s business, the better equipped I am to make a meaningful impact. I am driven to improve processes and streamline operations, leveraging my quality background for optimal efficiency.”

Beyond work, Emily finds solace and joy in her hobbies. She enjoys downhill skiing, motorcycle riding, and her love of music stems from years of dance and past experience in the record industry. She treasures moments spent with her husband and their two Woolie dogs that provide comfort and companionship.

They say about me

“Emily led a diverse team in what most would agree is the most complicated and wide-sweeping projects ever undertaken by the business – implementing and launching a new OneERP system. Her high emotional intelligence, organizational abilities, technical skills, and leadership traits were all put to the test in an undertaking that many would have failed to complete, yet she passed with flying colors.”
