“Understanding the ‘why’ enables us to execute with agility and excellence.”

Nicholas, a dynamic individual with a true passion for his work, discovered his calling when he joined Elbit America with a nudge from a trusted friend. After graduating from college in Halifax, Nova Scotia, he went to work at Raytheon where he provided production support for active programs.

My story

Since joining Elbit America in July 2021, Nicholas orchestrates ground combat precision targeting operations for our operations in Merrimack, New Hampshire. “I bring mechanical and engineering acumen, along with tenacity to tackle any problem head-on,” he said. As a liaison between business counterparts, operations, and technical teams, he ensures a thorough grasp of project requirements, enabling seamless execution.

Nicholas champions cross-functional communication, unlocking the power of understanding the “why” behind actions. “Understanding the ‘why’ enables us to execute with agility and excellence,” he said. He firmly believes that this harmonious blend of purpose and productivity drives success.

Balancing work and personal life is no small feat for Nicholas, who manages a two-hour commute. As a devoted husband and doting father of three, he embraces the joy of favorite tunes and sun-kissed beach days.

Exploring new frontiers fuels his spirit, from exhilarating snowboarding adventures to rocking out to punk and classic country tunes. His faithful companions, Maggie the Australian Shepherd and Mittens the cat, add an extra touch of joy to his vibrant life.

They say about me

“Nick joined Elbit America about one-and-a-half years ago in a new role called the Transition Program Manager (TPM). Because this was a new position, part of Nick’s job was to define what the role entails. He embraced the idea of this TPM role being ‘new’ and has established the benchmark for what an effective TPM looks like.”
