Chad joined Elbit America in January 2020, just before the shift to remote work brought on by the pandemic. Despite the challenges, he quickly adapted and built strong relationships with many of his colleagues through virtual channels. Reflecting on this experience, Chad said, “I relied on my previous experiences and successes to navigate this new environment forced on us.”
My story
With a diverse professional background in writing and communication, Chad’s expertise as a proposal writer turned proposal manager, and his ability to understand customer needs, have made him successful developing responses to U.S. Government requests for proposals and other solicitations. He emphasizes the importance of delivering compliant, compelling, and credible responses that position Elbit America at the forefront of evaluators’ lists.
Chad attributes his triumphs as a proposal manager to his exceptional organizational skills, strategic planning abilities, and effective communication prowess, especially in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations. Every proposal becomes an opportunity for him to make a meaningful difference, contributing to solutions that safeguard lives. He passionately expresses, “The work we do as a company develops solutions that have a real purpose, and that’s something I can feel proud of every day.”
Chad’s passion for the arts, combined with a flair for storytelling, shines through in his role as a proposal manager, drawing upon his previous experience as a skilled proposal writer. Outside of work, Chad cherishes quality time spent with his wife and two daughters, fostering a love for music, biking, and an active lifestyle.
